今年指考地理科出了許多時事，「台灣乾旱缺水」入題。高中老師認為，地理科超過100字的長文題比去年多，考驗學生閱讀能力。補教老師表示，今年地理科強調地圖空間概念，具鑑別度，五標預估會略降1到2分。考生則認為，考題難易適中，只要融會貫通課本內容，答題不難。

台北市麗山高中老師廖偉國指出，今年地理試題著重跨冊整合，大部分以區域地理為主軸，整合通論、應用地理的概念，圖表題、照片題較往年62％比例低。

廖偉國表示，今年地理科時事題比去年多，俄羅斯烏克蘭紛爭、台灣的乾旱、台紐自由貿易協定等均入題，非選第一大題考六都的外籍產業勞工數量、剛升格為直轄市的桃園人口資料判讀。

補教老師李威立指出，今年圖表題減少，方位、座標題型增加，難度較高，「學生心中要有空間、地圖概念才容易作答」。

單選18、19題以衛星圖上台北市國父紀念館前方水池的形狀酷似手機，考國外山脈走向。板橋中學老師黃美傳提醒，選項的阿爾卑斯山、烏拉山等山脈，要注意方向標的北方指向右方。

今年地理科第22、23題以瑞士品牌巧克力考當地地形及可可種植，高中及補教老師認為該題出題活潑「很有創意」。
